I know this probably has been a question on more than one persons mind and probably aswered here a thousand times over but WHICH BIKE SHOULD I GET to replace my R6.  I love my R6 but the yamaha dealership here sucks so I'm switching brands.  Thats how bad they piss me off.  I love the R6 but if issues are going to keep popping up because I have it serviced at this #$%& dealership than I don't want it.  And no the next dealership is hours away.

So should I wait for the new 07 CBR 600 I'm pretty happy with my repsol although the brakes don't feel as good as on the 600 but I heard thats on all 1000 bikes which I will find out soon enough if this dealership lied to me again about.  Or go big and get another liter bike like the zx-10 or gsxr 1000 or go huge and get a zx-14 or hyabusa.

I definitely find the liter bikes easier to ride than the 600s.  Less gear changes smoother clutch operation less on off throttle jumping at low end,  And it just fits me better.  600s almost feel too small for me.

I am really considering a limited edition hyabusa.  But its pretty old and don't really know what improvements they have made for the last several years but none the less they look kick azz but a black zx-14 also looks cool but it almost feels like a sport cruiser.

Anyone have any riding experience with the zx-14 or hyabusa?

zx14 hands down will smoke the busa and it loves the twisties. Its no 600 but its pretty nimble.

I think I gotta go with the ZX-14 as well. Power, nimble and killer styling. Just my 2 cents though.

Since you have a litre bike, what's the role of the second bike you want to get?

I would say buy either the ZX14, or get yourself a CBR600RR, and use it for track.

I think it will have the same role as my other bikes.  No special bike for special different occasions.  Just love the ride.  Doesn't matter what I'm riding but it sure helps when you are on a kick azz bike.

I hear ya about the zx-14 but that thing just seems too big.  The Hayabusa fits me better and the zx-14 is only a couple treads faster.  Besides the busa is so good they haven't changed it in almost 9 years.  Almost like yamaha and the superjet.

Not sure what color to get though.  None of them really popped out at me.  Which color do you think stands out in traffic.  Or which colors seem to be more visible.  In traffic everyone notices or sees my repsol.  Great color scheme on it.  But a friend of mine has a white bike and some idiot pulled up next to him at a traffic light to tell him his lights weren't on and that they couldn't see him because of it.  As you all know they are always on.  And this was in the middle of the day.  Dorks should not be able to open their mouths.  He says he couldn't see him but obviously he had to of in order for him to pull up next to him and tell him his " oh import sport bike rider I couldn't see you because I thought your lights were off "  Would this idiot have done the same to a harley rider.  Maybe we sportbike riders are too well dressed or look too clean cut, well compared to cruiser riders anyways.  I've seen some harley riders that looked like they haven't bathed in awhile.  Saw one guy that looked like Santa in the off season.

Anyway which color do you think is most visible?

Check this out the best of both worlds. You got an inline four, how bout a v-twin.

the busa may seem smaller than the zx-14 but when you are on it it's a totally different story.
