Just wondering when putting on the frame sliders the kind you dont need to cut the fairing to install do you just replace the old screw with the screw that is supplied with the sliders? And if you do do you need to support the engine when removing the screw? Thanks in advance.

You just replace the old screw with the screw that is supplied with the sliders and no , you dont have to support the engine.
