Hey guys, I just dropped my bike a few days ago and snapped off my right side stock mirror. I could just get another one off of ebay but I was thinking how it would be with bar end mirrors instead (because for whatever reason I have hard time buying a stock part to replace a stock part). How do they compare with the stocks in terms of visiblity? Actually, I only use my left mirror only so I wasn't going to replace the right one. But that made the bike look stupid, I figured a left bar end mirror only would be....I guess....less stupid-er . Yeah.....anyways, any thoughts would be appreciated. And pics of bar end mirrors on your ride would be cool too, thanks! 057BamBoo

I just put on smaller mirrors and can't really see shit out of them i'm guessing with bar end's the visability will be poor but can't say for sure.

I wanted extended mirrors but couldn't find any decent ones so I looked into barends ... a ton of people swear by the quality and useability of CRG Hindsight mirrors so I test rode a friends bike with'em and imo, it's okay but only useful when you actually look down that far (normal riding you don't look down by your thumbs) so it wasn't too useful for safety purposes of keeping an eye behind you at all times ... but when you want to look intentionally, it did the job i guess.
