hey guys i have a broken right side peg mounting bracket, and i thought about welding it but if it is aluminum forget it!!! its broken in an area that would be easy to weld. i just dont want to spend the 60 bucks to get a used bracket for my baby!!! lemme know what you think. Thanks

it is aluminium, check ebay, you should be able to get one for 10-15 bucks

I have found them but only for like 50 to 80 bucks.... for used!!! i am not gonna pay that!! ha... i donno i may have to though...

My cousin has a stick welder and aluminum welding rods.. i figure i'll give it a try, to fix it and if i screw it up i screw it up and buy a new one... or should i take it to a proffesional welder? thanks

Professional welder is probably gonna charge you 50-80$.
