Is it difficult to stretch and lower an older CBR?....it's a 90' 1000F

Also, what all goes into doing that? Give me a few pointers and maybe send me to a web site with some more info on it. Would be GREATLY appreciated!!

By stretch, I think you mean a longer swingarm. Since it's steel, a section could be welded in with some added bracing. As for lowering. I read on a post that a shock/spring from a 87-88 1000F will lower the bike. Some foam can also be cut out of the seat.
