ive read 1, 2, and the riding techniques books. theyre are good for getting the ideas in your head on what SHOULD happen, although practice and instructions are the real means to accelerate your learning and ability. cuz i still suck and ive read them all

If you are ripping around the corners with less bike angle and more speed than the guy behind you with no chicken scratches than who cares.... Just means he doesnt get off the bike far enough to keep the bike angled higher.

Depends on what bike he''s on if it''s going to be a problem with the 190.  If he''s on a liter bike, then the geometry should be able to handle it.  Some riders because of femur length can''t get those last few mm''s of the tires.  But you''ll know if you go over the edge of that sucker (anyone done that?).

Properly getting off the bike will make is more upright allowing for more cornerspeed at that lean angle.  More speed allows even more lean angle until you get max lean/speed with proper position.  Do NOT sacrifice position just to eliminate chicken strips, it will bite you in the a$$ later (pun intended).

Keiths Codes books are good, but I liked the book "sport riding techniques" by Nick Ianasomething

http://www.amazon.com/Sport-Riding-Techniques-Develop-Confidence/dp/1893618072/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_b/104-5326408-8553564

It geared a little more to street riding rather than just track instructions

I just finished reading Sport Riding Techniques & really thought it was a good book. I haven''t read Keith Code''s book, but would totally agree  Nick Ienatsch book cover all aspects of sport bike riding
