I'm just now starting to mod my 600RR. I've had it for two years now and was wondering if any one knows where the best place to get a PCIII USB for cheap is.

Ebay is the cheapest ...... I just got mine from the dealership. It was listed at $330, but they gave me 10% off, so it cam out to about ebay prices. Cycle Gear has a coupon for 20% off an item, so you can order one from them and then use that. That would be a hell of a deal

Nowhere really.  PC's are one of those things are about the same price no matter where you go (unless you have a crazy hook-up).  But like D2 said, eBay's probably your best bet, even though you won't save that much.

Yeah, it definitely wont be much. It may be $40, $45 tops. But for that, I wouldnt take the chance on some of them., especially used. I would just go down to the dealership and see if they can make a deal with you. My dealership just gave me 10% off my PCIII and Exhaust. Just work a deal with them.

Just to ask because no one else has yet........

What other mods do you have on your bike to warrant the need of a PCIII?

Well, you dont need mods for a PCIII to work. It will smooth out and help you stock setup pretty nicely. Just like with a slipon, you dont need one, but it helps. BUT, depending on what your looking for (HP gains or Looks) you might want to consider exaclty what you are trying to get out of it to see if its worth the money.
