Does anyone's cam chain tensioners whine @ idle? I think maybe where my wierd whine is coming from. When I scope it I get the whine from the tensioner housing all the way thru the bottom end in line with the cam chain. The whine fades as I rev the bike?(or the load exhaust masks it). Should this worry me? Is it a common problem with these bikes? I have had some noisey bikes and I know what valve, cam, bad crank noise sounds like and this is different. No different with clutch in or out. I know its tough to give advice without hearing it for yourself but any input is appreicated.
