Forgive my ignance, but I bought one of the milkbone lowering links for my CBR F3.  I'm still a novice when it comes to working on my bike, and this damn thing didn't come with instructions.  My questions are:

1)  Which end should be mounted to the shock bracket?

2)  Which hole is for which setting (i.e.  is the end with the 2 holes together for 1" and 3" lowering height, is the one on the very end the 3", or vise versa)?

Any help or pics of yours installed would be VERY much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

B.
