Motor seized. When it is back together it is going into a buddies sprint project. Everything else on the bike is for sale and all the pieces are in mint condition.

Well I wish you well in your project. What color are the parts and all? Do you have pics?? I don't need them but I know a few people who have these bikes and I can use this as a source if they happen to fall down..

Glad they were caught. Bound to happen considering their taste in bikes, Not a Honda listed anywhere in the article!! If interested, I have a great reference--Titled, clear, frame $2000...I will want a picture of the VIN# for the motor that is going in the frame from buyer before sale. Thanks again for the info and you folks keeping on top of this sort of thing.
