I have a 98 f3 and the little plastic button you push to reset the tripometer is broken in half. The button still stays there because of the rubber boot, but the plastic is cracked in half. I dont have a manual for reference, so I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else? I got the bike like that already. I don't know if I can take it apart and try to glue it or something, or if I have to replace the whole gauge cluster? It's not that big of a deal, since I have different sprockets and a 180 rear tire so the gauge is off already, but the damn thing stays at 999 because I cant push the button. Any comments???? thankx

Interested in this issue as well... I just bought a '02 F4i, and the odometer reset button is not working - i can't reset the odometer or set the clock, really annoying...
