You're not noticing anything because you're not pushing your bike very hard. Go to the track and it will be VERY noticeable. A 190 on this bike really doesn't serve any purpose except for poser value.

a 190 and a 200 on bikes are GREAT FOR STUNTIN lol... 10psi, and you got wheelies for days... lol...

Getting close to 9000 and I've had my bike since 2003...I ride it almost every day, but short commutes to work and two track weekends...I live in Michigan and I pretty much ride through the winter too (every chance I get).

My last street bike I had 65,000 miles...

when you say "dont notice" cause i am not pushing my bike very hard. does that mean it makes a huge diff. not being a prick here new to the bike scene. break it down barny style. the 190 is all they had in stock so its what i got. dunlop 190/50/17...d208.

The rim that comes with the 600RR is designed for a maximum size of 180. A 190 won't fit on there properly. A 190 is meant to be on a 6" rim (like the 1000RR). When you force it onto the 5.5" rim of the 600 RR, the profile of the tire changes in a very negative way. The steering, as you've already noticed, gets more sluggish. On the street, this isn't as big a deal (again, as you've already noticed). But take it to the track when yoiu're taking turns really hard at higher speeds. You'll definitely notice it, especially when you have to from one extreme lean to the next. I know of many track riders who have opted for a 180 for the quicker steering, even though their bike comes with a 190.

But anyway, don't just take my word for it:
