Any suggestions on replacing the needle bearings in the swingarm of an 06 1000rr.  I do not have a press to do it.  The bearings have been sitting in the freezer to contract the medal.  Any other tricks of the trade would be very appreciated.

Why are you replacing the bearings so soon.  I say this how many mi. do you have on this thing? I've got an 06 as well with 1400 mi. on it with no problems.  I also have a buddy with a 929 with about 80,000 mi and has never replace them.  Not grumpy! Just wondering!?
