LMAO, since when did we start getting the surplus members from the zuke forums? BURN suzuki!!! BURN!! (ouch!) (henceforth ZUKE will replace GIXXER since i feel like a douchebag when i say gixxer aloud) seriously though, forgetting about experience and everything, buying a 1000 is cool and all, but if you're just buying it because you cant wheelie your 600, then thats like the guy who spends thousands of dollars on engine work because he cant beat his buddy with the exact same car, it isnt the hardware.

well said hassell... You can wheely a 600 all day long... well, other guys can. judging by your comments you should maybe learn some other things *cough*basics*cough* before you go trying to stunt it up... and definately, dont start, or even end up for that matter, on public roads. find a quiet place to learn... youll thank yourself when you only have to pay for your bike and not that guys brand new escalade. ps GET SOME GEAR

ACTUALLY,I THINK THE 600 MIGHT BE A LITTLE SMALL FOR ME. AND AS SAID ABOVE, THE 1000 IS THE SAME PRICE AS A 600. Yeah, you are right...600s are really small. I only got one because of all the mescaline I took before I went bike shopping. I felt like Alice going down the rabbit hole 'one pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small... go ask alice when she is ten foot tall' and that chick will say get the 1000. It sounds like the 1000 is for you. Someone of your stature and position in life should not have to settle for a measly 600, I mean really. Do you know how small 600cc is? It is like two redbull cans. If you can drink more than two redbulls then you need a bigger bike. A 1000cc bike is like 7 times bigger so for the same money you will definitely be happier with a 1000, and they will wheelie, sometimes they will wheelie twice per day. IT'S A MITZVAH!! I don't even know why you would make a 600cc bike. It has the same number of parts as the 1000cc. Same number of pistons, wheels, gears, valves, shocks...all same. Maybe each piece is a little bigger to handle the stress, but why not just make all bikes as 1000s and detune them at the ECU. So if I were you I would get the 1000, it sounds like you have made up your mind already.

ZX-1400! They wheelie when you just look at them. If a 600 is not enough then neither is a 1000. Ive already outgrown mine .

go with a 1000 that way you wont get used to the power, chrome wheels weigh less and make it go faster, also a chrome bucket helmet is lighter and reflects heat from the sun, thus making your engine and the air around it run cooler, and any gear you can shed will take off weight, you cant do wheelies in full gear, and make sure you get the bike no money down, so you can afford those chrome wheels . why didnt you think of this before

I'M NOT SO SURE ABOUT MY STATURE BUT THAT IS A GREAT ANALOGY.I ACTUALLY DRINK SEVERAL RED BULLS WHEN I GO OUT PARTYING.I AM A BIGGER GUY AND ONE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING TO ME. I WENT TO A DEALERSHIP AND LOOKED AT PRICES AND WILL PROBABLY GET THE 1000.THE 600'S ARE A LITTLE SMALLER AND I DON'T WANT TO OUT GROW SOMETHING I JUST BOUGHT AND THEN HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING BIGGER TO KEEP ME SATISFIED. IT WILL BE A LITTLE MORE MONEY INITIALLY BUT IN THE LONG RUN IT WILL BE CHEAPER.

Hey Superstar600...think of all the hasle it would be to change your handle. Superstar1000 doesn't sound as good to me. Anyway, how much riding experience do you have (on the street)? If you don't have much, or any, many wise (and living) riders/veterans/studs would tell you to get a 250. If you were to push it, a 600 is the next logical choice (that is how I did it). 1000 cc is ALOT of bike. Maybe I am on my ass, and you have a ton of experience, but really think about the decision you are making...your life could literally hang in the balance. With that, welcome to the forum, and hope to see you around...for a long time (hint, hint).
