What are those lugs that are in the rear tail section just below the front of the rear seat for? tiedowns or something???

I wanderd the same thing after iI busted my knee on it. I'd say they're tiedowns. Nate.

there for a cargo net for an extra helmet. hooks there on both sides and the there are a set of hooks onthe under tail near the trunk lock.
