Looking to spend a little cash (around four grand) for the bike listed in the title, I will come pick the bike up...thats the only way possible i'd buy the bike and i don't mind a roadtrip if you're not located near. 4 would be as high as i could possibly go for it...and i also read that you already turned down a four grand offer. Your pics are too small to see anything about the bike.
