Hey, Im new to the board, and this is my first post. I have an 06 CBR600F4I with about 3k on the bike. Im planning on taking a roadtrip to Norcal from Long beach near the end of May and I had a few questions.
1. What's the best route to take, that will be fun without being extremely long. (final destination is san jose/mt. view)
2. I will most likely be staying only the weekend, and I am looking to get some bags but not sure what... plus I will be bringing a spare helmet strapped to the back seat with a cargo net. Is a tank bag big enough to hold a few days worth of clothes? or should I get saddle bags?
3. What do I need to check on the bike before taking this trip?
