hey whats up all, just a real puzzling question.. my hi/lo switch doesnt work, i checked the wiring and they seem fine but they dont look stock, as in i think it was rewired by the previous owner. anyone know of any diagrams or anything that can help? thanks all

How do you know it's the switch? Have you checked the bulb yet? Its got 2 filaments. One for high and one for low..

yea i did that already, i changed it for a brand new piaa bulb. so hm still puzzled!

Get someone with some electrical knowledge. They can check the swith for you. If the wiring looks tampered with, check the switch AT the switch. If it is bad, get a new switch. If its good, run new wires. I have an old wiring harness off an F2 at home that i took off the bike i used to have. Everything looked good on it except some wires had been cut for things like the kickstand sensor......it used to be a race bike. The bike sure did some screwy things with that harness. I picked up a harness from a motorcycle junkyard and never had another problem with it. That may be worth looking into if the wiring is screwy on it.
