josho66 -> LED Rear Pegs (10/5/2005 7:25:00 PM)

I just got a fender kit from this company and found these rear LED pegs and thought I would pass it along. I have never seen these listed here and thought some people would be interested in them. I will be ordering some soon myself. They can be found at www.fendereliminators.net I talked to them about giving us a deal and they said they would be willing to give us some kind of deal. They have them for the 600RR, 1000RR, F4i and 954.

Here are some pics:

These things are sweet. Anything to help us be seen is good enough for me.

I agree. They look great and they have a great safety function.

Great stuff but L.E.Ds are illegal for me here in the UK.

deeksmooth -> RE: LED Rear Pegs (10/16/2005 4:54:32 PM)

these require drilling of the peg right? or do they come w/ the rear stays?

TeeDub -> RE: LED Rear Pegs (10/16/2005 5:08:09 PM)

They ship you a set and charge you a $90 core charge which is refunded when you ship your good passenger pegs back to them. Or, I suppose you could ship them yours to be modified and avoid the whole core charge thing. I don't have my passenger pegs installed, otherwise I'd buy a set, they are very cool.

i met a guy who had these. they look sweet. he drilled his pegs himself. inserted the led's and wired them 2 his turn signals so they worked with his flush mounts. Genius. look awesome and added safety. what more can u ask 4?

In Oregon, can't use Red or Blue, since emergency vehicles use these colors but all others are fair game.

menefreghista -> RE: LED Rear Pegs (11/10/2005 8:20:15 AM)

i don't like them coz they remind me of silly disco fever

feel that they're better suited for trucking applications

skot -> RE: LED Rear Pegs (11/11/2005 2:30:20 AM)

i was gonna take my pegs off till i saw these. i likey. i'm also in cali and i go with the idea that all my mods are illegal, that way i'm never surprised if i get a ticket.

Here is a link to someone on eBay who is doing this as well. $60 ain't bad... and they come in red, blue, green, white and amber. Others available as well, you just need to contact him. Just thought I'd share for those of you who are interested.
