Help! Had my F4 since just before October, and been riding during the winter (cold in the UK) with no problems. Now the weather is hotting up, I seem to have a problem with the engin temp going sky high. Cheched all the normal stuff, and found the fuse for the radiator fan had blown. Replaced it and thought that was it. Wrong. If the engin stays cool enough not to need the fan, all is well, but as soon as the temp goes up (like sat in traffic) and the fan tries to kick in, the fuse blows. I find myself at the side of the road waiting for things to cool down before I can set off.

Before I take the thing to bits, then get mad and take it to a garage, does anyone know of any problems with the fan fuse, or is it just a simple short somewhere?

Cheers.

Could be a short in the wiring, or are you certain you're using the correctly rated fuse?
