As the title reads, I'm looking to get a good used CBR and trying to decide whether to get a F4,F4I, or RR? Are the RR's as comfortable as the F4's and F4I's? This will be my first sportbike but I've been riding cruisers for 12-13 years. How much more horsepower does the RR have than the F4I? What years did they make the Yellow RR's? Thanks for looking.

Thanks,
Derek

My new 07 RR is very comfortable to me. I am 6' tall and weigh 185
I love this bike, it is light and nimble.

And I have no problem being on it all day, and I am an old man 45 :(

I'm pretty sure that they made the "yellow one" in 2003. I'm assuming that you're trying to get one to go along with your "Vette"<screen name? right? You might find a better deal on whatever you're looking for that has a different color, then you could always have a paint shop match the bike exactly to your cars color. Actually, IMO, the F4's are more comfortable than the RR's. Being where you came from riding cruisers for so long, I can see where you're looking for comfort...depending on your rideability/skill level, have you ever looked into the VFR/Interceptor? Granted, you have lots of experience riding cruisers but streetbikes are very different compared to cruisers (handling, etc.). As far as pics, if there's a lil "camera icon" under a persons screen name, click on it...some have pics of their bikes, some haven't uploaded to their gallery yet. You could also do a search. Wish you the best.
