each helemt has a diff shape. i was wondering what is similar in shape to the arai quantum in other helmet brands.

Try the KBCs. I have an Arai RX7RR4 and I tried on a top of the line KBC when I went to pick up my Arai and was hard pressed to tell the difference in initial fitment. Very comfortable for my Arai head.
