I was wondering what the best price to be had on one out the door has been around this site. If you got a deal please tell us about it and where you bought it.

Honda of Chanute (in Kansas). When I bought mine it was 8799.00. After that batch sold out they got some more in and the new batch is at 8999.00 and still selling like hotcakes. They only bought 4 in the first batch offered at a discount from Honda, two red/black and two silver. The second batch seems to have the Blue/Yellow maybe the silver and possibly the black.

I listed the bikes selling price as inveriably someone always posts their OTD price without sales tax (which is what those prices are).

I just bought a 06 CBR1000RR straight from the dealership... The bike was $8,700.. But with all the taxes and stuff the bike came out to. $10,050..The bike was purchased in NY, I dont know what the taxes are in all the other states..

the 07 1000 is 11499 MSRP so anything around that OTD is a good price. that is if you actually go to a dealership and arent buying over the net. I got lojack installed when I bought mine, along with a new helmet and jacket and paid 12800 OTD
