That's an old vid. If I remember correctly, those guys were trying to shoot some kind of commercial. I don't remember what happened to the driver...

This has been talked about before. Yes they were filming. But with no permits. The driver got vehicular homicide (Im pretty sure). And I thought he was drunk or something.
