Hello,

I'm looking at a 98 900RR to replace my 98 Triumph Daytona, because I have recently become addicted to track days and the old Triumph just ain't cutting it. What's the good, bad & ugly on the 900RR. Also I'm sure that some of you ride yours on the track, let me know what your opinions are.

I can't tell you if there are bad issues with the 900's either for track or street racing. I have a 95 and never had any mechanical problems. Except when one of my buddies accidentally slammed my tailend.

I however suggest that you try other bikes. If you have any friends who trusts you enough to try there bikes on track, you are better off that way. An R1 or R6, GSXR, ZX's, may suit your taste as well. And its really all up to you.
