Looks really good, just like mine. I'd lose the chain guard and also would remove the swingarm stickers. How do you like the K&N filters? How much diff did it make?

Looks good, can you post more detailed pics of the license plate holder and the Greggs front signals? I'm torn between the Watsens and Greggs, and I'm considering the Jardine fender eliminator. If I go with the Greggs I think I'd get the amber lens vs the clear. I have the Repsol too. Thanks!

Dude don't waste 100+ bucks on the fender elim. kit. I made my own custom piece out of aluminum for about 10$. It looks way more trick then anything else. Email me for photos if you want to see them. Justin

Bike looks good. I have the same bike but, I haven't had enough money to start making any mods. Hey Justin, post some pics of your $10 fender eliminator.

Thanks Limpy, I do like the Greggs clear lens but I think with the Repsol the amber lens matches better. I think I want running lights and am leaning towards the VFX kit. Watsen sells a running light kit that powers the signals at half intensity, which sounds cool. They didn't seem to know about the +12V being cut from the running wire when the blinker is on. quote:
Hi Sam, The running light device consists of two diodes and a resistor. The running light input goes through one diode and the resistor on the way to the signal which dims the LEDs to create a running light effect. The turn signal input goes through the other diode directly to the signal, the signals will brighten when the turn signal is applied. Therefore the signals switch between half power and full power with the running light module. The diodes are there to prevent any interaction between the two circuits on the way to the signal. I think you are incorrect but I may be wrong but I believe that the stock front signal has two filament bulb and the running light filament is on all the time, not cut off to create a turn signal effect. Customers have purchased the module for the 2005 Honda CBR1000RR and we haven't heard that it doesn't work. Regards, Katherine

heres mine. just picked up a piece of aluminum from the local hardware store, bent it, drilled it, and wired it. it bolts on well from the holes under the tail that you lose when you change the stock exhaust. i think its either 1/8 or 1/16 thick by 3/4 in. you might also look at the luimoto seat covers. they are a little expensive, but you can buy them seperate if you dont want them both. im still trying to find which screen i want to put on mine. i started puting amber lights on mine. the front center marker light is an amber LED, i put some others in the side of the plastics in the holes. the seat cowl is cool, but i ride people around sometimes and cant justify spending the 140$ on it.
