+1 guys

I am not into sueing the guy. An accident is an accident. I will get money back for the bike and medical stuff and thats ok for me.

As for the RR.. i am torn between the blue or the white RR.

That is the attitute I had when a lady pulled out from a stop sign and T-Boned me.  Talking to the cop that was taking my statement from the hospital I said "well it was an accident" as aI laughed it off.  He said that cops take the view of there are no such thing as accidents on the road.  By that I think he meant it isn't viewed as an accident, it's viewed as the driver fu$#ing up, not paying attention, etc..
That kinda changed my mind a bit.  Sure she didn't mean it but she fu$#ed up by driving carelessly and put my life on the line.  Bitch!  j/k

It's an eye opening experience as to just how much trust you have to have with other drivers to share the streets with them.  I still get a little nervous driving past cars waiting to pull out or turn across my lane.

Glad you made it out of your accident with no permant injury, and glad your gettin right back on the saddle!
Good luck with your healin up

Glad to hear you're still alright man.
Head injuries are scary, and the plate in your shoulder sucks, but you've got your health for the most part!
Rest up.

i would sue the living hell out of teh driver.  people like that don't belong on the road... especially if he ran a stop sign.

Things to consider.....Im not for suing the guy for everything he has, however my wife was in a car wreck YEARS ago, hit by a drunk driver and she still has problems from time to time and has had to go see the doctor for problems with the breaks as they healed.  I would definitely see a lawyer about your options.  Medical bills are not cheap and they arent your fault.

Thank goodness you're still alive lol. I had a lady side swipe me before too, but luckily I didn't go down. On the good side, atleast you don't remember half of it, lol. Definately get the 600RR, that's what I'd get, the white is sick.

Hope you get better quick bro.

Thank God you're OK man... That's some scary stuff, crashing. Been there, done that. (By the way, your bike inspired me to do the same, although not to the degree of accuracy you went through. lol...) But anyway, get well soon, get the white RR, and get back out there.

MAN!!! Thats a hell of a ride right  there, glad your here to tell us about it, and i wish you a speedy recovery. I'd say go with the RR also, but not only because i'm a Honda fan but read the reviews in ALL the magazines!!!
I'm glad you have the attitude that you do about the whole lawsuit thing. I've been in a similar situaton to this resulting from an accident in a cage, and like you I didnt sue, I did consult with an attorney because the insurance companies are gonna try to weazel their way out of something!! That is what they do, just like you and me, they try to save money however they can. As far as the dumbasses that are so quick to sue, F%#K YOU!!! You are the reason insurance premiums are so high, maybe not you personally, but people with the exact same attitude as you!
