well both are for different reasons, tank pads for zippers on jackets and the other so your boys dont get smashed on hard stops....i got both....heres an idea, stompgrip the back of the tank too....i bet thatd feel awesome lol

I use Stomp grip on all my bikes, its good stuff
just make sure you follow the directions very very carefully and take your time

I don't actually like the shape fo them though, I usually just cut out a small piece and apply where I need it
