After cutting it how did you re-attach the end?

Is welding required or will rivets do? I'm debating if I should chop my Two Bro's I got on there now.

its not crazy loud but it is somewhat when u get on it. nice tone at idle but when u open her up damn. yup shes tuned but it didnt require it at all. it really does sound like a moto exhaust and people will know ur there. lol now all i want is for javier to build me a header to compliment it
