These are pictures of my undertail I bought from pimpbike.com.  I had to prime, color coat, then clear coat.  I got the paint from colorrite.com.  Colorrite.com paint was expensive, but they had the exact color match to my bike.  There's an oval hole that's barely visible in the first picture that is for light to shine through to a license plate.  I'd prefer that there wasn't a hole, and make a hole of my own choosing if I wanted too.

Markable quick question.

How did you mount the stock tail light to the undertail? i have the hotbodies right now (which i hate, the lights just suck) and was wondering if the undertail itself had something to mount the light too since i have nothing there now.

I went the pimpbike route like markable did and I love the way it turned out.  I too was big on keeping the stock tail light.  Pics are in my album.

Well can someone answer my question and tell me how id mount the CA tail light if i have nothing to mount it too? Anyone have an inside pictore of the pimpbike undertail?

I sent them an email and they responded by telling me that they come with a CNC bracket for the tail light but i just don't see where they mount, i don't want to buy it then find out i can't mount the CA tail light i want

If you're referring to the tail lights as the turn signals, I have a signal-to-brakelight integrator (small electronic box) which eliminates the need for the turn signals (although I later added rear peg led turn signals).  The integrator came with my used bike, so I can't give you a link for it but below is a link for a light that integrates:

Try this link for an integrated brake/tail light

well i have the hotbodies on now so i have no mounting point thats kind of the problem.

Its pointless for me to buy another fender, then the undertail then the headlight. So i was wondering if there was another way to mount the tail light without having the factory mounting points (which have been cut off to fit the hotbodies)

i had to figure out how to mount the cable for the rear seat lock, but that was pretty easy, especially since the hole for the lock was drilled already.

Could you take pictures of the lock and maybe explain how you mounted it? I just started installing this undertail and I can't figure out how to get the lock mounted so that it works correctly. Thanks

I also have the same one from the very same ebayer. I did have to do some drilling of holes and play around with the fitment, but for the price you can't beat it. My undertail is silver and matches the bike perfrect. I have a clear tailight with integrated turn signals. Delivery was pretty quick, like two weeks (Canada) If you like the look of the stock tailight, this is the way to go. Just my 2cents

What brand is your clear taillight with integrated signals? I just installed the artfibras undertail and was thinking about getting the integrated tail light. Also, do you think that the signals are noticeable to the other drivers around?

looks good. Seems a little expensive for something that still uses the stock taillight and doesnt come with turn signals, but looks good nonetheless

Sorry, I don;t have any pics, but axsys has some good pics on the first page of this post. That's how I decided to buy mine, from his pics.
