Has anyone actually considered this?

http://www.veypor.com/hud.html

I would if the piece was smaller and somewhere else on my helmet.

I know by my RPM's what speed I'm doing so it wouldn't be any help for me. I would like a rear view cam HUD though.

looks cool.  Wish it didn't make you look like a dolt with something stuck on your helmet.

Looks pretty cool, but for $460 I'll just look down at my guages if I really need to...

Looks kinda goofy.
Reminds me of the people who walk around with those phones stuck on their ears, yappin loud as hell, and not payin attention to the rest of the world.

These folks have rear view mirrors. Not too bad lookin with an unobtrusive design.

I wonder if it would be legal to get rid of your mirrors if you had this.

Sorry if this is a thread jack.

Wow I really like both.
The rear view thing looks awesome as hell and I''ve already driven a car with a HUD and for me it made it a much more pleasant experience and I was more attentive to the road. Remember that a HUD should be configurable too so you can choose from several display settings with the push of a button.

I want both the rearview and the hud. I want a jacked in phone with in the earphones and a mic. I want GPS navigation built into the hud and the earphones.

I like the HUD like they have in some of the Pontiac Grand Prixs and I like the overall concept, but it looks terrible.

plus do you have to have your wind screen down at all times also? I don''t really like how it makes you look dumb but cool idea
