Hey Everyone,

I just finised the CF Shorty Exhaust. I have to say this is a sexy biotch. Let me know what you think. The mid pipe is still in mfg. I want to show you all 4 models before I take any orders. I'll have a short and long CF, and a short and long Aluminum. I'll finish the CF long tomorrow then all I need to do is wait for the midpipe to be finished. I'll keep everyone updated. Thanks.

Is it just me or does it look like if it was raining, water could go right into that pipe and collect inside?  say if it was parked for a while!

Heh I guess it could. But the angle will be different with the final pipe. Thanks for the heads up. I'll double check that once the final mockup is finished. I'm working on the prices and hope to finish today. I'll keep you posted.

i kinda like the angle, and the pipe sounds good.  id still like to see the shorty.  are you going to make it like the gixxers, or is it just gonna be a cut pipe that goes in place of the one here?

Hey Everyone,

I've worked some sweet pricing from my mfg. I'm going to offer the pipes at an introductory $199.95. This is brand new, same quality as Yamaha GYTR Pipes that retail for $400.00 plus.

http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/accessories/acscitemdetail/5/8/191/2031/all/1/2069/0/detail.aspx

This is going to include everything you will need to bolt them up. This price is for the aluminum or carbon fiber short or long. Just specify if you need the O2 Sensor bung or not. I'm not taking orders yet until I have all 4 models with pics and sound clips of the finished product. I'm hoping to have my midpipe done by Monday. Sorry i ts taking a little longer than anticipated. Yamaha has been placing huge orders and is keeping their pipe benders busy.

Also, here is a link to a clip of the CF Shorty Pipe. Its a little quieter than the aluminum shorty, surprisingly.

I agree with the angle being just a bit steep.  I am liking the carbon fiber shorty, especially at that price.  I would have the funds to pick one up in about one month.  I know this question was posed in a previous comment, but I will ask again.  Will the final product be that close to the swingarm?  Good work and thank you for bringing a good product to the market at a reasonable price.

Hey Quiknss,

Thanks for the post. The final wont be this close to the swingarm. I just looked at the pipe today and we have some good clearance. I'm really itching to get this finished. I'll post pics soon of the final product.

Hey Adam833,

Thanks for the post. I'll definately get a fly by video up. The CF pipe isn't as loud as the aluminum pipe, thats for sure. But I LOVE the sound of the CF shorty. Its low and deep. Not a crazy loud scream like the short aluminum. I'll get video of both up by the end of the week. Thanks again.

Tom
