I can't decide between dunlop 208zr's or Pirelli Diablo (Or any other recommedations). I'm looking for something that can handle aggressive turns, will last the longest, and look good. In that order. I'm kind of a newb. Only had the bike for around 6 months, but have put 2,200+ miles on it so far. Its a2001 929 completly stock (mechanically) except for can and k&n. Opinions or advice openly taken. Thanks in advance guys and girls, I know you won't let me down. Sprout

The Pirelli Diablo is a much better tyre than the Dunlop should last a bit longer to.

Went with the Diablo's. Got em today. These tires are awesome. I didn't realize how worn my old treads were. I can move my bike around like dave mirra. Thanks alot guys, I would have gotten the wrong tires. Sprout

Pirelli's will run you a bit but you want a standard not among the norm.......go with Michelin Pilot Powers. Regular long distance riding or picking up coins with your teeth while at 15 degree leand angle....get 'em.

Metzeler are the same tyre as the Pirrelli`s i`ve use the Racetecs and found them to be an awesome tyre there the same as P`s Dragon Supercorsa. I`ve used the pilot powers before and although there good i had a moment where the rear let go which put me off, i never had that before or since on another tyre. + the road was clean no dirt or grit etc.

I just replaced the factory sizes. Yeah, just ask for diablo's for your 929, they'll know.
