I have a California model completely stock with 22,000 miles. It will get 42-44 miles per gallon 87-91 octane gasoline. That is in sport touring mode only. Hope this helps you.

I get anywhere from 30-35 mile's per gallon (full exhaust,k&n filter,TFI-(aka junk)), but you will have to do your own coverting as the USA dosent use that measuring system.

How long is apiece of string? The blackbirds an awesome machine, I was pretty surprised to get 35-40 mpg, using it mainly to commute. However , when i go down to my brothers and we head off round the excellent roads in milton keynes, i've seen it drop to low 30s. Bear in mind living in england the rip off prices we pay for fuel, it sometimes take £25 to fill up, thats about $45-50 us, don't know what you pay down under. Mind, if we were that concerned about m.p.g figures we'd be on 125s or dare i say it, scooters.
