ok i found this yesterday and tried it on my 929rr. I was surprised on how well it worked.

I know I am digging this one up from the deep, but this is a great idea. I wish I would have done a search in this section before putting on my own rim stripe- now I am going to have to redo it.

I just bought the pre-curved pin stripes.  Took only a few minutes per side and looks great.  Mine even say "Honda CBR 929".  I found them on eBay...

I have those same ones.  Easy to install because they were precurved.

even my pre-curved are a bit messed up :-(

i'll re-do mine eventually but for now it's ok i guess...

BRILLIANT!!!  I have a bunch of pinstriping tape leftover from when I did my plastics in a bunch of different sizes, and I wanted to use it on my wheels but couldn't figure out a good way to get it straight.  GREAT write up!
