I have done an indicated 165 or so on my 900, its hard to tell exactly going that fast. I consider the speedo to be generous, but still was way too damn fast and have no plans of duplicating it. Too many things can go wrong, and I like living.

I had mine up to 155 indicated, and that was because I wanted to make sure it was faster than the yzf600r I was riding before !!

176 MPH on the speedo (a few times) but it took quite a bit of back country boonie straight-away road to top out. Stock gearing with full Arata pipe and power commmander mapping.

Had mine to 180 when indicated when the bike was stock with a bolt-on can, it just stayed right there with the throttle pinned for a while.
The actual speed was probably under 175.

Hit 153 indicated last night while racing an Infiniti G35. Fastest I've ever gone and no way i'm doing that again without a steering dampner! Oh yea, we raced over the Coronado Bridge in SoCal so there was a bit of wind...

i had mine up to 175, but thats only because i have about $6,800 into motor work alone. pushing about 148 hp and still have to put on a power commarnder . we will se what happens

i ride with a bunch of 1000's and when they leave i try to keep up but i won't go past 140 that's to much for me
