How much for the guages? If the upper fairing is good, Im interested in that as well.

To answer your question, he was on the highway in a turn (far left lane). He got hit by a huge gust of wind that pushed him into the ditch between opposite directions of traffic (this is his first bike and he didnt have much experience at the time). He tried to stand it up and brake, but he lost control in the grass/mud and lowsided it on the right side. Some of the other damage on the left side is from him letting other people ride the bike and they dropped it trying to make low speed turns <10 mph.
