hi i have a 02 954rr and was thinkin to put intergrated tailights on my bike and found a set of smoke. i would prefer clear cuz daytime is better but is smoke ok aswell or its worse than clear............ thanks

smokes lights are illegal almost everywhere and will bring nothing but trouble. It is bad enough that integrated tail lights are already illegal in most places. Also, I think smoke would only look good on the black/silver paint that came on the 954s. If yours in red/black, im not sure that would look good.

thats exactlly what i thought and specially visibility would suck in day time. thats why i backed out but i like intergrated lights maybe ill go with clear ones instead. thanks

I ordered my clear alternatives smoke integrated tail lights just a couple days ago, i have a 1krr, and the integrator board is supposed to be a lot brighter than the stock board, so even with a colored lens visibility shouldn't be a problem.  I'll let you know how it works out once i have it installed

IMO smoked lights look better. My smoked CA is bright....

I have clear alt smoke taillight and it is plenty clear to see.  No probs here in tx from the police either.

I run clear integrated, had smoked and traded it, the smoke was bright but not at dawn or dusk when your almost invisible anyways!

I have the smoked one on a black 07 1krr and it's great. It looks good and is very bright. Nothing but good to say about it.
