87 600 hurricane fan issue - 7/26/2007 8:48:35 PM    87boostedtbird   Posts: 2 Joined: 7/26/2007 Status: offline ok  the electric fan on my 87 hurricane doesnt come on. Should i try straight wiring it or what? has anyone else had this problem? i also have an extra fan that came off a F3 will it bolt right up if the other fan cant be fixed? Post #: 1

RE: 87 600 hurricane fan issue - 7/27/2007 10:15:38 AM    michigan_313   Posts: 705 Joined: 2/24/2006 Status: offline you may want to see if the switch used to turn the fan on is working properly when the bike reaches high temp. do this before you start dicing and splicing. or swap for f3 fan and see if same thing happens. could be fan, could be temp switch.
