For those who are asking why he pulled over, can I just say you guys give us all a bad name.  I'm not trying to be a jerk or make anyone look bad, but that is rediculous.  There are so many negatives that I won't even go into.  Sorry Jdub...it is easy to twist the wrist.  Watch your ass, brother, and please be safe out there...

Isn't that criminal speeding... ?

Here 30 Over is criminal speeding... which involves handcuffs, a cruiser, and either PC or a night in jail.

Get a good lawyer and good luck

45 isn't the place for that....I may catch heat for this one, but I do that shit on the back country roads...You live in Arizona, there must be plenty of farm land to do that shit.. Find a route you like, ride it a few times to see if there are any police hide outs, gravel/bumpy spots, slow farm trackers, busy areas, etc...Those are the roads I take when wanting to open it up a little bit.....
The $325 is the begenning of your worries, once your premiums increase for the next 3-5 years your pocket book's going to feel it more than that relatively little $325 fine...I've been thru this several times before when I was a teen....The courthouse isn't going to decide weather you keep your license, the DMV (AKA DOT depending on state) will ultimately decide what happens to you....If the court date isn't mandatory and you are able to mail the fine in, then you aren't in any serious legal trouble...If the court date set is a mandatory date, you are pretty much screwed.....
Either way if you get a good attorney and somehow plea bargain this down you will be better off...Alot of states offer a probation period..Basically, you pay a higher fine (probably an extra $100) and you get put on "probation" if you get another ticket in a year both tickets get sent to the DMV.  If you don't get another ticket in a year the DMV doesn't get notified of the ticket at all...May be worth checking into....
Maybe if you agree to take a class that may help also.

cbrider01 is correct. is called a "probation before judgment". if this is given to you, you'll be on probation for X amount of years. if you happen to get another ticket than you will recieve the new one, and the old one will be dug up and added aswell.

good luck, man.

My question is....why did you pull over?

Are you one of those totally cool *run from the cops* guys??? Can I be like you please????

Shut the hell up, you sound like an idiot. Running from the cops is for fools and children.

I think that is a reckless, 4 point ticket here. Take the class if you don't think you can slide out of it in court. Happens to all of us.

damn ur lucky here in va. anythign over 100 is automatic jail time for minimum of 3 days, lic susp for minimum of 1 year. lol and that ticket here would be alot more than 325. ur best bet is to lawyer up and pray it all goes well cuz u can still go to jail when u get to court. good luck and let us know how it turns out

100+ in a 45 would cost you your first-born here in Massachusetts, not to mention a nasty 6-year penalty on your insurance.

JDub, I'm from Tucson -- just curious, where were you?

see dude this is where im confused....the chick cop said she clocked me going 100+ on I-10 and then she said she clocked me going 70 on the off ramp but i dont remember seeing here on the freeway but of course i could be wrong but i swear i thought she caught me as i got off the ramp. I was heading east on I-10 and exited on Kino pkwy heading south. she stopped me at a gas station.

another thing that i might add is that on the ticket she wrote 100+....could this mean she doesnt have an exact number or does anyone know if thats just how they do it once your 100 and over they just write 100+ cause if she doesnt have an exact figure and didnt document it then she is full of shit for clocking me at a certain speed over 100
