i been riding now for about 6 months. i have a 2006 cbr 600rr , i can ride a wheelie but only till it tops out. i went down a tooth in the front to get it up easier. to get my wheelies up im at about 8.5 grand and i bounce the shit out of it and throttle hard, am i doing this wrong maybe i should try it by popping the clutch at lower revs. any suggestions?

learn to clutch. learn the rear brake.

you're topping out because you're do powa wheelies.  give it gas till the engine starts to get quiet, that is balance point.  don't forget your rear brake.

clutch harder, come back further, when u feel it start to fall backwards get on the brake, or you can always just chop throttle which is gonna slam u down but thats better than a loop, your bike has plenty of engine brake
