Yeah. I forget I'm a wild animal. Hotel room would be great, I get the bread together. I'm actually pretty close to Big Bend, now that I looked on a map. Seriously looking forward to getting together with peers, if you will allow. Thank you. G.

yea man you can go i never stop anyone from going on a ride with me .. unless your a stupid rider :) when i say that . i mean if your in the back of the group or up in the middle of ppl trying to stunt and stuff like that . then that dont make me happy . i'll yank you out of the group in a heart beat :) but if your up in the front ( and i mean a good ways up there ) and thats your cup of tea go for it :) i just dont want to have to take someone to the HP because of a mess up they make. last time i went we did a "pre ride" just to see what everyones skill level was .. kinda of thinking about it again .. but i dont know . i know my riding style ..i'm agressive . very agressive. i tell most ppl not to try and keep up . if you can great if you are better . great i ride at my level and if i'm with ppl that are not up where i am when i'm down there i stop every so often to make sure everyone is ok . had a guy go down last time i went . he went in to a corner to hot and over shot it . got lucky . he was about 2 foot from hiting the side of that mountin ( ok ok really big big hill ) so if everyone pulls out where up to 11 ppl so far

ok guys i have 9 ppl that say they want to go ( i must have miss counted somewhere but i have it writen down now :) ) i need to know how many ppl know there going to go ? i know its early but i need to get the guys that are going to find out where we want to stay and do what we have to , to get things setup . if we stay in a hotel in fortstockton then we dont have to worry so much tell about 2 months out .. but if you guys want to stay in big bend we need to work on that now . because big bend fills up around springbrake time .. i know its crazy .. most ppl want to go to the beach ... but last year they where full .. and we started planing 3 months a head of time :( only thing they had left was the 200 dollor a night rooms ! Ohhh and this trip will be right around tax return time as long as you get it in early!!

ok well route is gonna stay the same . big bend is all booked up for march .. not a big deal .. it will be cheaper to stay in a hotel right off I-10 and we will have enough good riding on sat. and sunday that it will be more then enough . heres a pretty good price for what rooms will cost Alpine the cost would be $83.64 per room per night including tax etc. We can fit up to 4 in each room. Last year we gave two options, sleep on the floor for $5 less or sleep on the bed for $5 more. The cost per night will be For four people to a room; floor $15.91, bed $25.91 For three people to a room; floor $21.21, bed $31.21 For two people to a room; $41.82 " this will give you guys an idea on room cost . i have about 9-10 ppl say there going to go . this is not a final count .. i'm gonna do a head count in jan. to find out how many we really have going . guys i cant wait !!! this is gonna be a hell of a trip ! i was trying to make this a every year event at the gstwins.com site .. did not work out that way .. but we will see . i have more going this year ! so lets make it big .. ask your buddys around you if they want to go . just come jan. let me know so we know how many ppl we have and how many are gonna go so i can get everyone a room price and maybe a discount at the hotel !!! you dont want to miss this ride i promise !!!!!!

Do you mean tomorrow, Sunday? I'd love to come, but I'm busy with son. If you mean the Sunday in March, as part of the Big Bend trip, then heck yeah, buddy! The only concern I'd mention about the Caverns is that, historically, cars in the parking lot get broken into while owners are down in the caverns and bikes might fall victim to crime. Weekends are busy, so it probably won't matter, and we could cable lock bikes together, or sumthin. My alarm is good up to two miles, but I don't know if that means underground. Also worth considering is to watch the outflight of the bats around sunrise or sundown. Night-vision goggles are great for this. Those Parkie Passports are a good deal if one plans to visit multiple parks, since entrance fees can add up. When I was a kid, I was a Cub Scout in Carlsbad, and we had a spelunking club, there. I could show you some caves that are off the beaten path, but you must bring flashlights. I love caves! Thanks for all the effort you are putting into this, I'm enthusiastic about it. Laters, G. Quothe D'Raven..."Bats don't eat people, bats eat bugs"_ it's a silly song we used to sing.
