Hell I wouldn't even mind sleeping in a lounger next to the pool. At least I would be close to the bathroom...

ohh yea yea thats what i mean . it 373 per room . if you put 3 ppl per room . most hotels wont let you put more then 4 ppl per room and then they charge you like an extra 10 bucks a person .

OK guys I have been doing some searching on hotels in the area. Personally I would rather save money than stay in a nicer room. Let me know what you think... All of these prices are for 2 rooms and 3 nights.

La quinta - 746.40
Quality inn - 707.77
Days Inn - 671.22
Super 8 - 637.32
Rodeway inn - 487.85 ** I like this one** Its only 82.00 pp if 6 go.

my only proubly with that one .. is this review

Overall: 5.0 | Cleanliness: 4 | Staff: 8 | Location: 8

The staff was very friendly and put us on the bottom floor which was nice because I am traveling with 4 kids under the age of 7years.I building it self was really run down need some major renovating. Convenient location, but very run down buildings. The window in our bathroom had a big crack in it. Hard water, shampoo they provided didn't even lather up to wash my hair. Pool was on its way to being a pea soup green. Would not recommend it to my family or friends!

i just want somthing kinda nice to come back in to that way we have a nice place to lay our head down and bodys and get a good rest .. i'm telling you .. after i'm done with you guys on sat. your gonna be like

:) it wont be that bad but you will be tired i'm pretty sure of that !

LOL, I saw that. But to be fair, none of the hotels in that area have good reviews. Nothing over 3 stars. But hey, were all men. Who cares about pee stains, and moldy curtains....Broken windows are just air conditioning. But anyway, a friend of mine travels a lot and gets corporate deals through La Quinta. We are going to see tomorow if he can help us out. No promisses, but it's worth a shot.

Hey, we should start a yahoo group page so we can all meet rather than 6 different web sites. Let me know what you think??

Needs improvement La Quinta Inn Ft. Stockton The first room I was assigned to was still dirty, but the beds were made. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom was still dirty. The second room they put me in someone was lying on the bed when I opened the door. The third room was clean except for the pee stained bedspread. - I swear it wasn't me.....

we stayed at the La Quinta and it was nice . we had no problems with it . everything turned out pretty good . the breakfast was not to bad eather ecno lodge is normaly pretty nice . i'v stayed in one of those .. day inn and motel 8 are iffy . you cant go off the picture .. i'v seen some that look good from the website ..but once you get to it .. its a hole in the wall ..

lol its not old ..but it is old ... yea .. march 14th - 17th .. we will all meet up in big bend on the 14th and leave out on the 17th . check out the link above thats the link to all the info you need to know about the ride

Rules for big bend !
Hey guys, I just want to set some ground rules down for the trip. This ride is to have FUN. We are going to go hit some twisty's and have a good time, try and drag a knee and what not (well ... I'm going to enjoy it). But, there will be no stunting on this trip. I'm not about that and the guys I ride with (austinsbr.com and txsbr.com) don't play around when it comes to that. Its not worth it to the group, and if you do while your in the group, I will ask you to leave (off on your own in a closed off parking lot is all you). Basically, please don't be pulling stunts on the road. I represent a good group of riders and I'm going to keep it that way! If I or anyone else witnesses you doing it on the way, I'll pull off the road and ask you nicely to stop. Second time your gone. I'm not joking about this guys. I don't think I have been riding with any of the guys that are going this time but two, Jimmy and Chris. And I know both of them are about riding and just having fun. Nate is another one I know about just having a good time because he is from txsbr.com. Will might be going and he is from Austinsbr.com. I am not intending to offend anyone, I just want to put this out there and let everyone know what I expect. I have put a lot of time in to this trip again this year, and Gone broke has helped as well .
