i wouldnt go to small in the front and your taking a chance on kinking the chain and that will cause drag (slow you down) just raise the size of the rear drop only 1 in the front.. i beleive 2up or 3up cant remember which is equal to 1 down in the front im laenin toword 3 though

my bike isnt a 900, but i went 2 down in the front on my f3 with a built motor. it was ignorantly hard to keep the front end down.  bike was no fun at all. so i cant imagine 2 down in front of a 900.
