Ok I tried calling many agencies they say you have to have 3 year of driving experience any lincense.
Progressive gave me a qoute at 1200 a year just liability, most brokers 1000 year. Well the rest like 21st
state farm, farmers turned me down with the 3 years experience.

thats weird. i had my permit for about 1 yr and just recently got my licence withint the past month. or are you talking about having an type of licence for 3 years ? (class C .. etc)

Good luck with that. Especially if your bike gets stolen, or when (not if, when) you crash.

FYI- my friend had his GSXR 1K stolen at a bank between 11:55 and 12:00 noon. It can happen to anyone. He wasn't insured...

State Farm is definitely the best. I pay $660 a year with a $250 deductible. The only other one that came close was Geico at at $1100, progressive was the worst at $2200. Hope this helps.

You should've never bought a bike that big being that young. I pay $118 a month full coverage on an '06 1000 with a clean record through Progressive and I'm 22. I have the bike registered in my father's name so that helps too.

dont forget about location as well. that plays a big part.
i paid 20 a month for full coverage in seattle for my old zx6

i live in san antonio now, it jumped up almost 3X. insurance companies here have full time motorcycle agents just to cover all the stolen and crashed bikes around here. plus texas doesnt have a helmet law so that drives the price of insurance up as well.(look it up)

when i first got here i was told that it wasnt an issue of IF my bikes gets stolen it was a matter of when

3 months later my zx6 was gone gone gone

i waited a full year until i bought a house with a garage to get my 600rr and 1000rr
