Hey, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience w/ the luminics bulbs. They seem to get the job done and look good while doing it. I am looking into a set of the ultra violet... what you think? yay, nay? does the ultra violet put out a lot of color from an onlookers point of view?

thanks,

The guys over the Honda_tech(cars) seems to like them. Here's a link to them. I'm going to pick up a set of violet bulbs for myself.

When you get them, let us know how you like them. I'm curious as to how they affect visability. Alot of those type bulbs, but down visability alot.

If you don't have the $$ or inclination to do a real HID then consider going with a Xenon bulb. Xenon. These actually put out about 50% more light than stock and have a slight blueish color to them. They're also 55/65 watt so they won't melt your wires. Be careful of anything that adds a lot of bling to your headlights -- if they start appearing really blue the po-po might get his panties in a wad

Ok finally I got the lights in. Geezz Ive never had such a problem putting lights in anything but this.. damn! anyways they look great theyve got the whitish blue look to them. (like the Audi and BMW's) I would highly recomend them for anyone looking for the HID look.
Ill post pics tomorrow. Too tired to do it tonight just got done installing my yoshimura rs1 exhaust which I absollutly love sound of.

Does anyone know where I can get both headlights for a 2001 f4i that is an actual bright white light. The luminics white lights have a blue tint in them from what a guy said on honda-tech. I want BRIGHT WHITE!!!
