I bought my seats new from here along with my mounting hardware. There alot cheaper then most on OEM parts. Good schematics as well to figure out what you need and great customer service.

And ya I take the factory statement as a very nice compliment. =)

Oh and another great site is www.cyclesurge.com . There paint is very good and alot cheaper then color rite. I got 1/2 pint each of my top and base for $89 when color rite wanted $160.

About an hour south in georgetown just north of lexington. You?

I think I'm going to throw those rim stripes on to see if I like it. I have some pre-curved reflective yellow ones. I will post pics this week when i get it done.

Rim stripes usually look good.  getting ready to throw a set on my current white and red  F4i.

I live up in Louisville, off Ky 22.   but I ride quite a bit with a couple of guys from Georgetown area.  You should check out http://www.louisville-sportbikes.com, good group of local riders, a few from your area.  There is also a Lexington group called wild cat riders? or something like that.

Sweet...

I have been curious if there was any group riders in my area. Where do you guys ride? I have also been looking for some good routes. I have only found one nice set of twisties on Hwy 227 in northern scott county headed into owen county. About 10 miles of some hard cornering but most are blind =\.

How often do you guys ride? I will have to post over there soon and see whats up.

yeah, 227, its called the baby dragon.  one of my good friends just posted a vid of him and another guy from georgtown running that road yesterday.

we do 227, hwy 421 from Frankfort up to Pleasureville(?), and then there's always hwy 22 all the way out to falmouth, then ky165.  I hear AMA magazine just did a little article on that section of road.  best in this area of the country!

LSB  just had a big group ride today, about 20 plus people.  they usually have group rides of some size every weekend.

I actually live on 22 in Louisville, so yea, I just jump on it right in Louisville and ride it all the way out.   The guys that live in the Georgetown area somehow come up 227 and meet us in Owenton.

Thanks to everyone for the cool remarks.

Krash, ya 227 dead ends into 22. I just noticed that. I have actually ridden on 22 for a few miles after coming off 227. I will be making those runs soon to check it out.
