Anybody got any pics of their clutch/stator covers powdercoaded black?   I really wanna get this done but would like to see how it looks ahead of time.  forgot to say this is for a 600rr   Thanks in advance.

havent seen them powder coated but ive seen aftermarket ones.

thanks for the help, I do know about the woodcraft covers, but i really wanted to see them actually on the bike.

Here's a pic of my old bike with the covers, levers, and swingarm powdercoated gloss black. Hope this helps!

By the way, they were done by TRGcoating (the guy here on this site!) for a really good price.

^^^that is very nice, like it.  I think however I would go with flat black to match the frame.   thanks for the pics.   also how hard is it to remove the swingarm?   doesnt look  very simple.

Haha it's not really that HARD, but it is kinda time consuming. You've got to unrivet the chain to get it off. I waited until i was gonna put a new chain and sprockets on before i did it. Here's a pic of what it looked like in the middle of my big teardown on that bike:

You can paint your covers as well, thats what I did.

wouldnt the  temp from the covers melt the paint right off?

Not if you use high temp paint, like from advanced auto engine finishing paint. Works great so far. No proiblems.
