The 97-98 f3 sharkskinz one piece tail looks much better than the earlier models. I am going to put one on my street f2, just have to use the same year tail light and bracket. I think it has to be modded a bit.

Hey eric600f2, what exactly do you mean by fitting something better? I am planning on converting my streeter to all race body and I will have to mod the headlights too. Just looking for any ideas.

I understand that, I was just wondering if you had any ideas for a specific headlight. I think I want something bigger than little projector beams too.

If you do projector's with the HID kit, you'll have WAY more light than anyother halogen beam bulb. Just some info for ya there. If you're gonna do custom, go all out. I'm talking to a guy that does retrofits which takes the standard headlight, then, he fits projectors into them with full HID system. Let ya'll know how it goes.

Sounds interesting. I don't really want the standard headlight though; I think it's ugly. Although it might look different with projectors in it. Keep us posted.

That, or, get the race faring up front, and, do like ericf2 and cut out the holes for whichever headlight you want. The sky is the limit if ya have the time and money and fab skills.
