I didnt make a custom undertail for my F2, I used one from Airtech Streamlining, and I know they make one for the F3 also.

Hers's my 96 F3. I done this myself with some fiberglass. All I done was trimmed the rear fender tray of even with the bottom of the tail sides, removed & relocated the tag, made a form to fill in the section under the tail light, Laid fiberglass over the form. Finished it and painted it to match. Total cost....my time doing it.

It's been about a year or so ago but I think I used heavy aluminum foil and doubled it and shaped it in there then put the fiberglass over it to shape it till it fit the area.I had the tail light out too at the time so I could work on the top side.
